Review on Prifma by Antonio Urbina

I was happy with how quick they responded when we needed them for our PR disaster which caused problems across so many different domains - including infrastructure impact but also social media/communications issues from staff being away without us knowing that there were major interruptions happening at such short notice until well after this all got resolved! We are very happy with the service provided by the team at Prifma. We had a very clear brief which was delivered on time and to our satisfaction. The level of customer service provided by the Prifma team is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Prifma to any prospective clients. We are currently using Prifma to assess and implement best practices for business continuity and disaster recovery.
