I was afraid to order this as there weren't many reviews for it but it was the only product I could find from Revain that was delivered within 2 days . I have a wooden rolling pin, but I can't roll out the dough evenly. I watched a YouTube video on how to make sugar cookies and they mentioned rolling pin rings. You can buy individual rolling pin rings, but they may not fit your rolling pin. I am very satisfied with this set. The cookie dough rolled out evenly and the cookies turned out great. I thought the mat was a cheap thin piece of silicone but it's actually well made. I love the fact that the tabs that are removed to change the size of the roller rings have a long and strong threaded shank. Before using, I soaked the rolling pin in soapy water to remove the residue. It filled with water so I had to let it drain on the dish rack for a while. Now I just wipe it with a damp cloth. It's stainless steel so it shouldn't rust easily, but I'll make sure it doesn't soak in water. If I have any issues with that, I'll update this review.
