Customer service, communication, response time after I submit my issue. The interface was very confusing at first but now it's easy to use! It took me about 5 hours to figure out how everything works which isn't bad considering that most of our issues are resolved within seconds from when we submitted them. Not much so far because there aren't too many guests using this app yet. Make sure you go through all features before purchasing because some functions seem unnecessary like sending texts to your phone via hotel wifi or showing photos from previous stays instead of just having them saved in the cloud (which might be more expensive). We're solving complaints such as room condition, check-in/checkout experience by providing quick responses and suggestions.
