The tool is easy to use, which makes our job easier when we need to communicate with customers or prospects through email campaigns. The dashboard provides us with everything we need at once, allowing us to easily monitor any changes made by others as well. I dislike how some of the features are not very user friendly. For example, if you want to send out emails from your account, then there's no option under "Send" except for sending messages via phone call. Sometimes, it takes too long to load new pages. We're solving the problem of tracking leads and managing communication between salespeople and the clients they interact with. This has helped us save time so far since many tasks have been automated.
