The product is easy enought even non technical employees can use this tool without any training or prior experience required which helps us reach more target customers with less cost of our team members who are skilled marketers but not digital expert yet! I would like we have some customization options as per my organization's requirement so they could easily integrate their tools within DigiTabweb solution instead creating another separate system from scratch by themselves just because there…

Effective CRM software that helps keep track

The tool is easy to use, which makes our job easier when we need to communicate with customers or prospects through email campaigns. The dashboard provides us with everything we need at once, allowing us to easily monitor any changes made by others as well. I dislike how some of the features are not very user friendly. For example, if you want to send out emails from your account, then there's no option under "Send" except for sending messages via phone call. Sometimes, it takes too long to…
