Great tool with plenty potential in connecting your organization's needs

The HubSpot platform has a lot of features that help to connect the dots for marketing, sales and customer support. The customer support and the customer experience team is also very helpful. The platform is a bit cumbersome to use. It is a bit of a learning curve for new users. It is a bit pricey for a customer support team. It is a very cost-effective platform for marketing. It has allowed our customer support team to use the HubSpot platform to connect the dots for all of our marketing efforts.
