I'm so upset. I bought a littermaid 3.2 from Revain and it came with its own canisters. I subscribed to the containers, the box even says it's compatible with all versions of the automatic cat box. It's not true, all reviews are correct. The tank lid on previous versions seems to have some depth or pockets and the 3.3 is not smooth so the lid doesn't work. So I have to tape seal the lid so it closes and doesn't let the smell through between cleanings. The bottom of the bins does not sit flush with the tray, allowing a significant amount of debris and dirt to be swept under the box. strongly recommend putting the rubber cover under the maid if you decide to continue to patronize this product. There are also no solutions the customer service reps will simply send you to buy another try that had the same issues. It's like they're waiting to change shape or something.
