I noticed this when looking for more traditional shower enclosures to be built into the shower. Having just installed a Delta hand shower this seemed to fit the bill. This cart is all aluminum (as far as I can tell) and is fairly light. I didn't install any suction cups, just used a loop that slips onto the shower head. It's strong enough, but when the weight in the baskets is unbalanced, the entire cart wobbles sideways, as expected. I would recommend using suction cups. It took me a while to understand how the top attachment mechanism works. To do this, you have to loosen a small screw and fold out the articulated arm so that you can attach the hanging loop to the shower arm. Once I figured it out, it was pretty easy. The hanging loop has an elastic plastic sleeve to stabilize it, but as mentioned above this is not enough to prevent the cart from tipping over with uneven weight. Tilt isn't a big problem anyway. Basically we are very satisfied with this device.
