They work fine

I used these tapes to attach the LED lights to the deck instead of using the screws that came with the lights. Not ideal for this application due to loss of traction from rain, but I've also used them to mount small electronics or a USB extender for back seat passengers in my car, or to hang something on the wall.

Pros
