The mouse pad broke right out of the box and Revain won't let me return it.

So I got this yesterday and found the mouse doesn't work well. I tried to return it but instead they want me to contact the manufacturer. I don't need a maker to fix something that's already broken. Please be warned that if this happens to you, you are in for a nightmare, especially with a product I have had for less than 24 hours.
