Incredible laptop! I love him so much! After I updated everything, everything works so smoothly and without any problems :)

Strong motor, good value for money

The screen is clear and bright. The touchpad is smooth. Very fast and responsive. Doesn't get hot in normal use, but I haven't put it under heavy use (mainly used for web browsing, YouTube and Excel). Definitely outstanding performance for a dollar purchase.

The mouse pad broke right out of the box and Revain won't let me return it.

So I got this yesterday and found the mouse doesn't work well. I tried to return it but instead they want me to contact the manufacturer. I don't need a maker to fix something that's already broken. Please be warned that if this happens to you, you are in for a nightmare, especially with a product I have had for less than 24 hours.

Satisfied with the purchase

When choosing which laptop to buy, I read the reviews. First of all this is not a gaming laptop, I don't think it is advertised as such. So I discounted all the disgruntled gamers who didn't want to dig into their pockets to buy a laptop designed for gaming and bought this one instead, only to be dissatisfied with the results of my short-sighted judgment and then continued to give the laptop the to blame. We're moving. I run my business from my laptop. That's what a laptop is for, for businessโ€ฆ

Very happy so far

I have had a Dell my entire corporate career and still have a personal one. I have looked at other lightweight laptops with my specs and am very happy with this laptop so far. Lightweight, features I want, easy to set up, Dell name, support and software options available, and easy to use. I am very glad they offered this computer and it arrived as promised by Amazon.

Dell will not support their systems - it is POS

Worked for about 2 weeks. Then the system started crashing. It sounds like a jet engine even just sitting there. The touchpad randomly stops responding. It won't reconnect to the dock without resetting everything. Contacted Dell as Revain refund has already been processed. Over the course of two weeks, Dell sent out a bunch of random things to try out. Nothing worked. When asked about the return, they said that 30 days had passed, there was nothing they could do. So I'll stick with this shittyโ€ฆ
