I am a chef and am on my feet for over 14 hours and these shoes are extremely comfortable. I had to buy a size smaller than I usually buy but once I find the right size the shoes work great. It usually takes 1.5 to 2 years for the outsole to wear out and the rubber on the side to start cracking. This is perfectly acceptable for work boots that are worn day to day 5-6 days a week and given the shoe's low price it compares fairly well to some other more expensive work clogs like the Danskos which can last more than twice easy to replace the price of these boots.
