My cat loves to drink from the tap. I don't get it. He's had other running water fountains he will use, but still gravitates to the tap. I thought this would be a great alternative for him. It makes a lot less noise (water noise, not pump noise) than my other fountains. It's not noisy by comparison at all. What I didn't like was that it was not necessarily easy to line up the pump and the other pieces to easily seat the pieces in the bowl. I did see the instructions, but it still just wasn't…

I’ve tried fountains before and this is the first one my cats liked at all, and now they pretty much fight over it. It’s quiet as long as it’s clean and full, so I know if it’s being noisy it needs something. Easy to assemble, easy to disassemble and clean, and keeps all the hairs and litter crumbs from floating around after my paw-drinker has been there. Very pleased.

This is great little fountain that both the cats and my Lil dog love. It's not easy to clean because of all the tiny parts especially the red bobby the keeps track of the water level. But because I only clean it out every 2 weeks it's fine. This fountain keeps the water clean and does great job doesn't make a lot of noise. I am thinking about getting a second one for upstairs.

Was great at first- nice size, quite, both out 3 cats and dog loved it. It just stopped working after about 2weeks. Very disappointed.

We have had the fountain since July. Cats love it. Today went to change water and the motor once out back on water bowl would not run. Disappointed

I can hear the pump from across the room. Which is very irritating since it was advertised as being unable to hear. That is one of the main reasons I bought this particular fountain. Otherwise I like the product and it’s features. My cat likes it too.

My 15 year old cat was scared of this at work just fine it would’ve been perfect but he would not cooperate lol now he won’t even drink water out of his bowl or this was sitting lol can’t teach an old cat new truck so I guess

Not well engineered, real pain to get the parts aligned and they don't hold together. Not very impressed with this product.

The design of this seems really junky/clunky to me. Trying to get it put together without the red plastic parts flying all over the place was impossible. Minimalist directions didn't help. Planning to send it back.

I have had several fountains in the past and my cat would not use them. My cat loves this one! It took a few days but she now is using it all the time, which is a great way to make sure she stays hydrated. Not 100% silent but not very noisy either.

I got this one after having two that failed. I knew I wanted a metal fountain and would be enough of a flow that Cleo would be attracted to it. This one is great! She is drinking so much more water (which I love!) easy to clean.I saw people complaining they had to fill it every day…. I just have one cat, and I only have to add a cup of water a week, it holds quite a bit!

My two cats love this thing. I think they stay more hydrated due to it. It has enough capacity to stay filled a while- a week or so. The area to drink is large enough for my huge cat and my small cat likes it too. I love not having to put out clean water constantly. A win win.I use filtered water in mine as I have crummy water. Like the stainless.

Got this for my cat cause the plastic fountains started accumulating mold after years of use/cleaning. Figured stainless steel was more sanitary and easy to clean. First issue right away, they put adhesive stickers on the outside of the fountain that I’ve been scrubbing & scraping for hours with acetone and now the entire outside of the tank is sticky. The whole top of the fountain just kind of sits there. Nothing locks or clicks in so it doesn’t feel durable whatsoever. The buoy is a cheap…

When the product contains enough water to operate, it splashes water off the back and keeps floors wet. Really bad on carpet.

This is my 2nd fountain, the 1st was open and the water was accessible to the elements in the air. This fountain holds a great deal of water, the stainless keeps the water extra cold and from elements in the air. One cat enjoys the fountain part while the other drinks from the basin. The colors are the basin make for a great night lite. And, the lack of sound is another selling point since my last fountain was rather noisy.I highly recommend this for anyone seeking a fountain for pet's.

We are a household of 6 indoor cats. Our vet diagnosed one cat recently with a UTI and suggested adding wet food to their diet. My wheels were turning so I started to look into other wars to add water to their daily diets…and voila! We’ve only had this fountain for a few days but we love it so far. If that changes, we will update.

My cats liked it but the unit is a bit fidly to assemble and the top reservoir has hardly any depth to it and splashes and spills easily when you fill unit. I replaced it with a different type.

My small dog really likes this fountain. It stays cleaner than most fountains and is quiet. However, it does leak. I can’t figure out where or how - but almost every morning I wake up to a small puddle around it. I have a silicone mat under the fountain for this purpose, but it’s annoying that it’s an inconsistent leak.

I adopted two cats from Puerto Rico , they took to it right away . My other two not so much. This is so easy to clean and refill
