I bought this strange box in 2022 in Germany to work with the German provider "KabelDeutschland" Everything worked perfectly and wonderfully on the firmware of the second series, then upgraded to the third and everything became even better. In December 2022, living again in 2022, I was looking for a router for Corbina (Hong Kong) for a long time, I decided between D-Link and ASUS, as a result, after reading for a long time and studying all sorts of comments and discussions, I decided to take the same WL-520gU again. Bought! and not a bit sorry. Excellent router for both Berlin and Hong Kong)
- Fast, powerful, reliable, beautiful, functional. Easy to set up for beginners, but can be set up in detail by professionals.
- Many scream on the Internet on the forms about Oleg's firmware. And so many people put it on without knowing why. And then they write a lot of "flaws". I also installed it, got 2-3 functions that did not work very well and returned it to my native one from asus. We must understand that if something does not work with Oleg's firmware, then it has flaws. Since ASUStek is not responsible for it. With the original firmware 3.1.0.9RU, no unsolvable problems were found.
