I am a pilot with the largest major airline in the world and so far this headset has not impressed me. Compared to a regular Bose Bluetooth headset, this headset is VERY LARGE, making it extremely uncomfortable. Head clip is the term that comes to mind. A regular 335 with a U-Fly Mike accessory is a much better choice; However, I also found that the UFQ L-2 headset is also a better choice (much cheaper and more reliable). Also I heard about Bose's excellent service, bought an extra guarantee on it and now a year later with a jack plug it only works 50% of the time as the jack it came with is an odd shape. It's basically an expensive nightmare and I'm tired of dealing with Bose, particularly trying to reach warranty support, which I assume wasn't possible while they were open. Once when I spoke to someone they were rude and condescending. Extremely disappointing. I will not buy from Bose again.
