Review on KAIYING by Albert Bohimia

KAIYING is an online store that offers tools and home improvement, kitchen and bath fixtures, and bathroom fixtures. I recently had a terrible experience with the company as a homeowner. Despite the extensive number of products they offer, I was disappointed with both the quality of their customer support and the products themselves. To begin, I purchased a showerhead from KAIYING, and about a week after making the purchase, I noticed that the product had begun to leak. I called customer support, but they did not respond to my questions and did not offer any solutions that could be of assistance. Instead, they instructed me to get in touch with the manufacturer, which was a difficult thing to do. The fact that KAIYING did not accept any accountability for the flawed product that they sold was extremely disappointing to me. Second, I couldn't wait to use the kitchen spigot at their house, but unfortunately, it was a complete and utter disaster. The handle of the sink spigot was difficult to turn on and off, and this difficulty increased with use. The layout was inefficient, which made both the preparation of food and the cleanup of messes more difficult. I attempted to get in touch with KAIYING's customer support, but they were unhelpful and did not offer any sort of compensation for the defective product. Lastly, their transportation service was a complete and utter failure. My package arrived late and in a damaged state, despite the fact that I had paid for expedited delivery. The products were not packaged correctly, which resulted in some of them being destroyed while they were being transported. To summarize, my time spent with KAIYING was filled with a great deal of dissatisfaction. Their customer service was unresponsive and unable to provide any assistance, their products were of low quality, and their transportation service was a complete and utter failure. Because there are so many other choices on the market that are superior, I will not suggest KAIYING to anyone who is interested in purchasing products for home improvement.
