A one star rating was unreasonable. And to say that China only produces junk is simply not true. The device generates a fairly stable voltage of 34 VDC. For my application it has been working without problems for a few weeks. I set up a voltage regulator to provide a specific VDC. Therefore, if your equipment is critical enough to require accurate DC voltage, you should have such a regulator as part of your system. I don't think AC-DC transformers will always provide an accurate DC voltage unless they have a voltage regulator, which this unit doesn't have. And just great for the price. I recommended it.
