(MASTER KEY RELEASE) MUST RISE SHIELD TO RELEASE HOLDER AND OPEN VERTICAL MOVEMENT
. screw (the hex wrench will not go in properly) before installing the display. The warning section (on the side of the arm) states that this shield must be installed before the compressed gas is released and thus alters the vertical movement of the arm. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to detach the bracket without first installing the display! After overcoming this hurdle, which I also had problems with, the mount seems to be fine and serves its purpose as intended.
