I'm a flight attendant and bought this kit to eat on the go. I was so excited to use it for the first time but it didn't last long. I washed the set before use and everything was fine. As I ate on the plane, I noticed red chips at the tip of the spoon. At first I was confused thinking the red paint is just plastic that may need to be removed. But that's not the case. This is the color that will cover the metal. I hope I haven't ingested any potentially carcinogenic material. Not cool. I will be ordering another set - probably bamboo where I am NOT consuming any paint! Spend your money elsewhere! 🤢🤮
