This is a good color cutting tool. Cons: Skip this version and get the non-bar mount version (not pro?). It's very difficult to use with an extension as it doesn't apply consistent pressure so the paint is heavily on the top or bottom of the pad depending on your position. Also, it has a very limited off-axis range, meaning side-to-side. Minus number two - the body of the tool is hollow behind the pad, so the paint comes off the pad more at the perimeter of the pad than in the middle. I had to press the tool left and right with my fingers spread to get the paint to lay evenly. And third, all pad tools work best with a paint bucket designed for use with pads, which are inexplicably rarer than chicken teeth these days. Using pads in a regular paint tray is VERY difficult and much slower than using a pad for pads (they have a multi-faceted roller wheel that's partially hanging in a puddle of paint, just roll the pad over the wheel and it applies the right amount of paint pad on. I have no idea why they disappeared from the market, they've been around for decades and now they're nowhere to be found.)
