Be ready to break

This unit is behaving strangely after 5-6 months of use, I've swapped out a keyboard and mouse, I've tried a Install driver update that failed to install , contacted tech support for help and was told that iogear will replace the device under warranty after they received the defective device while .ki with 14 attached to this switch connected PCs should get by?
