We really like that it's easy to use and has many options for different types of violations. It would be helpful if violations could be added/removed from other systems (e.g., PEP) instead of having to do this manually. Also, sometimes when adding a violation, it will show up as "Pending" even though we have already entered the details. If you are looking for an easy-to-use solution for your code enforcement department, this is a good fit! It helps us keep track of our violations, and makes reporting them very simple. Before using iMSEnforce, I was unaware of how extensive the list of violations was. Now I know what to expect each time I enter new information into the system.
