I like best that we have one platform for all permits or projects including zoning. This lets our City staff work together from their desks without ever having to physically be at another physical location. In addition there are reports made available as required by each permit which allows easy access by employees even if they do not have permissions themselves but can give input after initial processing has been done. We really like that it's easy to use and has many options for different types of violations. It would be helpful if violations could be added/removed from other systems (e.g., PEP) instead of having to do this manually. Also, sometimes when adding a violation, it will show up as "Pending" even though we have already entered the details.
