Great platform but could use improved internal support

I like that it's easy for me as an admin user with limited training time/knowledge base (I've only been using this since July)to get my job done! It has really helped streamline our process by allowing us more control over how we handle things within each department - especially when there are issues or concerns from other departments regarding permits etc., which can be difficult at times if you don't have someone who knows what they're doing handling those situations internally through MS EnforcE instead?

Pros

The ease in accessing information, data entry is simple enough to do without having too much technical knowledge but complex enought so no one else could easily make any changes.The ability access all aspects via dashboard type functionality..It was very intuitive compared ot older versions used previously
