I like best that we have one platform for all permits or projects including zoning. This lets our City staff work together from their desks without ever having to physically be at another physical location. In addition there are reports made available as required by each permit which allows easy access by employees even if they do not have permissions themselves but can give input after initial processing has been done. Some aspects may appear confusing initially and need attention early due carelessness during implementation could lead to problems with future users when you get time this will go away very easily. Good communication is needed between departments otherwise issues arise and delays arise causing unnecessary stress among others who require progress being kept up-to date within timelines set out in project agreements or other contracts. Timely communication with clients about what next steps should take place and any possible additional information would help avoid further delay. I like that it's easy for me to use because everything is laid out so well. It also has all of my necessary documents ready for me when I need them. There are some things about this program I don't particularly enjoy but they can be changed if you have enough time/resources. This program does what we needed it to do - make our lives easier! We've been able to streamline many processes with iMSenforce.
