I've been drinking this smoothie for years and thought it would help with my health. I've noticed my stomach gets a little upset after drinking a cocktail. I read that it contains heavy metals and other substances that are found in large amounts. And they don't do anything about it. I stopped and started exploring. I've found whey to be the safest protein alternative, but it doesn't sit well on my stomach. Now I'm trying a vital protein powder and mixing it with organic fruits and vegetables and adding a probiotic powder. It's more expensive but that's my sanity and if the products aren't trustworthy I guess you'll have to make your own mix.
