When I was on vacation recently my camera bag fell off the table top and ended up messing up my camera's lens alignment. Whenever I took a photo afterwards, the left side of the photo was blurry compared to the right side of the image. I thought I would have to buy a new camera. Then one fine day I realized that the metal bracket can be easily removed. Just four screws. And when I took it off I noticed that the bracket underneath was just plastic and that part was damaged. This new mount I bought is all metal. Replaces this plastic part with a strong metal bracket. I bought the product, installed it and now my photos look better than ever. I can't express how happy I am about it. I love this camera and it is like new now and the lenses fit better on the frame. Great, great product.
