Worked great. You have to split the old one and remove the innards that are about to fall into the new one. Important: You must also remove the small metal tab underneath the batteries. It's a little tricky, but it can be done with a knife until the little plastic tab comes loose. Then slide the metal tab over the small edge just like it came out of the old key fob and press down. Insert new batteries and plug the two covers together, done.
