Compact, durable and functional device. Have a good time. Has clear reception, easy to use. This is the best compact radio I have ever owned and I have had quite a few. I just bought a second one for my bug bag. UPDATE; I've noticed that some of the criticisms of this product are unfounded. It only requires basic battery knowledge and the use of a screwdriver to replace the battery. I've been using mine for over two years now and am in the process of changing the batteries. It uses a rechargeable CR16340 battery. It's small, similar to some cameras' batteries, and is housed in a small compartment under the grip; Easy to remove with eyeglass repair screwdriver. I haven't had a single problem with these radios and they are considerably smaller than a number of other similar radios. Especially if you want to save space on the windowsill or in your backpack.
