Slightly damaged when opening the box
The item was packaged in a large postal envelope along with two other items (a disc and a small box 2Wx5Dx2H). The antistatic bag containing this item had an open slit at the bottom from which the contact side dangled. Today I installed a floppy disk drive in my computer and couldn't get my gum into the slot because the plastic adapter was crumpled. I had to spread it out just enough to properly insert the gum. I'm just waiting for my power supply for my computer and we'll see if the device reads.
