I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

They took this model at their own responsibility and risk after reading the reviews in advance; yet, they did read the reviews. It seems like I got lucky. Each component was in its proper location and of high quality. The husband took his time and finished the assembly in twenty minutes. The directions are really easy to understand. A screwdriver was required.

Pros

Excellent model chair. I was able to get a good deal on a product of good quality. After using it for about a month, I have no problems. Despite the fact that I sat at the computer for 18 hours straight, my back is no longer in pain.

Cons

To this point, there have been no problems discovered. One of the inconvenient aspects is that the chair rotates when you try to move it by grabbing the armrest as you would normally do.
