There is a small hook 22 here, the shape of the key was good as the lines are made with a pinch right at the entrance (poor design). So instead of a straight design, this tool should be slid onto the crimp where the tip enters the cord socket to release. Due to the small straight end of the tool on the ferrule, this is enough to loosen the line as the crimp is stuck right at the inlet to the cooler line socket or heatsink, again poor design. The straight line offers full entry and exit, had to move a bit to get it out.
