Let me start by saying that I'm a programmer and generally technologically intelligent. My friend is a senior infrastructure engineer. He has worked in IT at the enterprise level for over ten years. None of us have been able to get this product to work properly. The latest drivers delivered with the device are from 2014 and obviously contain many bugs in Windows 10 (current version unknown). He worked here and there and was constantly apart. Either way, save your money and buy a new one. Check the product release dates!
