We had these things in our bathtub growing up. Now that I have kids, I understand why he put them in our bathtubs! These units appear to be of good quality. They are not flexible at all, they are formed at the factory and cannot be easily changed. I used some GE bathroom sealer that I bought at the Orange Box store for another bathroom project. Easy to install, I made sure the surfaces were clean, applied joint compound to the fenders and then pressed them into place. I recommend doing a test install beforehand just to make sure you know where you're going to click.
