Review on 🌊 Water Works: Permanent Water Activated Hair Color for Men and Women in Natural Dark Brown Shade 23 by Michael Cullen

I have some doubts about choosing this product. It's very affordable and appears to contain fewer harmful chemicals than over-the-counter hair dye, but it's a very small amount of powder so it doesn't add up to much when mixed. Barely enough to refresh my hair and I have pretty thick hair. It seems to cover my gray well, so it's good for a quick touch-up, but I'm not sure if it's any better than the over-the-counter dye (which is one of the reasons I bought it), and it really isn't . less messy than henna products which are good for your hair. I will say that it doesn't smell as strong as henna.
