Not the highest quality

Nice gift idea but when I opened the package I pulled it out. I was disappointed. Waiting for something similar to the picture. Instead, the transparent case over the rose is scratched and frosted on all but two sides. A company selling these gifts really needs to make sure they are shipping a near-perfect item. It wasn't even close. It was definitely a gift and a ship without caring how it looks. A small piece of some of the pink pedals had broken off. This was also intended as an anniversary gift. Why should I give someone a gift when you can't even see the rose clearly enough to admire it? It's not worth the money I paid.
