Good product for me, no problems at all.

went down terribly, waited a week, then they couldn’t deliver for 2 days in a row, while the support assured that the order was on the way, but no one called or came, and only after the interval had expired I received an SMS saying, sorry, we don’t have time. The support service is now more like a savings store or a 2022 post office, absolutely no one is interested in helping and at the same time they don’t even bother to find out the real state of affairs before encouraging delivery on time. They even brought it to the pick-up point a day later (when I was already freaked out and decided to pick it up myself). I always put  service and support as an example, but now I understand that everything is very sad here too

Pros

Very well made, stylish, does not look like a square bag of thick fabric. I also liked that the material along the edges and on the clasp is not eco-leather, which would also look cheap in this design. Inside is also beautiful, everything is neatly done. Outside there is a mount for easy transportation on a suitcase, a bunch of different pockets, which are invisible at the same time. Comfortable, padded shoulders that don't feel as heavy. All in all, excellent value for money.
