I ordered this and the first package I received was opened, cut open and obviously handled (dirty). I contacted the seller and he sent me a replacement. 4 stars for the original product with poor quality control, 5 stars for the replacement I received. I am very happy with the replacement. It was also cut open but with only a few pieces on the side. It melted well and made nice soap. The soap foams less than I'm used to and feels really good on the hands. I will buy again, customer service is great, they stand behind their products!
