Review on TENGYES by Charles Thomas

TENGYES is responsible for my recent microphone purchase, and I must say that I am exceedingly dissatisfied with the product. The sound clarity was below average, and the microphone made an odd buzzing noise that could not be adjusted. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department about making a return, I was given responses that were unhelpful and condescending. TENGYES is not a company that I would recommend purchasing from as a whole because both their products and their customer support are subpar.
