Good quality
I have several of these units from different brands to compare and have decided to keep this one. It looks sturdy and well made. The blades are thicker and not sharp like some others (can easily be hand rolled) but I think it will be enough to cut through dough - I'll update if I'm wrong after trying. It's made in Italy and it's the same brand as my ravioli set, which is a plus.
