Not working anymore but great customer service UPDATE

I bought this item in April 2022. I couldn't be more disappointed. I enjoyed this device until one day it decided it stopped working. Now no guarantee, no support. I don't know what to do other than buy another screen. I did some bug fixes e.g. B. connecting an HDMI + charger, but to no avail. I will definitely not go next to the Lepow brand. Big, big, big disappointment. UPDATE: I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to offer me either a refund or a replacement. Because of this, I definitely recommend trying their brand. So if you encounter any problems, you can still contact customer service or customer service.
