Good for lubricating front and rear wheel bearings. As others have pointed out, the rear tilt mirror may not be positioned correctly, which was the case in my case. When the grease fitting is tightened, it faces inward, which interferes with the axle and prevents a grease gun from being attached to it. I just removed the DSLR, put a small o-ring on it and put it back in (probably a washer would work too). This allowed me to rotate the mirror so that it was off-axis. I would also suggest rotating the tool about every 5 strokes to ensure the grease is evenly distributed in the bearing.
