Poor threading on Zerk fittings.

Bad thread on fittings. Lost more money on expensive grease from the assembly base and then sent it to the bearings. Hope the company solves the problem.

Lubricate the Ranger bearings, it's easy!

These lubricating tools make the job so easy!. I needed both sizes on my 2019 XP1000 Northstar. 44 front and 40 rear. The bearings were dry, the wheel bearings on a POLARIS Ranger must be lubricated!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I don't really like anything, everything is fine

This is a miracle tool

This is a miracle tool, few people knew that sealed bearings are lubricated very little during manufacture which can result in a lot of water and dirt build up and cause premature failure. Please watch the YouTube video of this tool for better understanding. The bearings can also be lubricated in place by just removing the hub with the rotor.

Pros
  • Durable coating
Cons
  • Easily torn

Athlete 570 is not good.

This kit WILL NOT FIT the front bearings on at least my 15 Sportsman 570 efi. However, 40mm will fit and work well for rear wheels. I have to look for a smaller size to make fronts! I thought I saw that somewhere on a 35mm or 38mm Revain tool. In any case, it must be less than 40 mm. But back everything went well. He squeezed out some of the old diluted lube and filled it with new lube. So they work as intended. I also just want to do the fronts.

Functional but not great!

44 for the front of my Polaris Ranger fit perfectly. 40 for the rear has an angled grease fitting that points toward the center of the tool when tightened. When installing the bearing grease tool, you cannot attach the grease gun to the transom because of the axle shaft. I had to loosen the zerk and turn it inside out to lubricate, which hurts a bit because the zerk wants to turn when you lubricate. I got it working and it worked, but with more effort than it should have.

Lubricate wheel bearings!

Good for lubricating front and rear wheel bearings. As others have pointed out, the rear tilt mirror may not be positioned correctly, which was the case in my case. When the grease fitting is tightened, it faces inward, which interferes with the axle and prevents a grease gun from being attached to it. I just removed the DSLR, put a small o-ring on it and put it back in (probably a washer would work too). This allowed me to rotate the mirror so that it was off-axis. I would also suggest…

  • Decent performance

Great product for DIYers!

Mine worked great. If you use them and a good quality lube at every other oil change, you'll probably never need to replace a bearing! Yes, it takes a lot of work to drop the bushings, but if you're making long journeys to rough places where you don't want to get stuck, this is a great thought buy. After all, it's a lot less of a problem than breaking up a warehouse and taking it to the dealer. They will be depressed, and if you try to do so without depressing, you will damage or injure…
