I wanted to hang something for the gift I received but didn't want the rod. It worked great! I like them because they are small, 1 1/4" x 2" but hold up very well. It says you can only set 1/4" thickness, but I'm pretty sure it will handle 1/2" as well. I ordered them late Monday evening and received them on Wednesday. I would buy them again!
