Allows me to keep butter at room temperature permanently

I've had this dish for about 2 years now. I love it. A few years ago I was doing research to improve my diet and I read about the benefits of grass-fed oil with its 1 to 1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 oils. In my research I found this salted butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. I didn't know about it and assumed it was meant to be stored in the fridge. I've been keeping this dish on my counter for the last two years and love how easy it is to use the mild butter for stews and other uses as opposed to regular oil. solid chilled butter. I still have a few pounds in the fridge, but I add another 8 ounces of Kerrygold Grass-Fed Butter every night and it's soft the next day. There's usually an inch or two left at night, and when I add a new piece, I just use a hard, chilled piece to shove the remaining softened butter into one end. I wash dishes every few weeks. We've been using even more oil lately and I've thought about stacking two plates on top of each other, but to do that they need to soften a bit. I decided to buy the second of these dishes and keep two cookers on the counter because I cook more veggies and sometimes cook a few days at a time and put them in storage containers. 8 ounces just isn't enough to do everything. Two plates of softened butter give me more flexibility, e.g. B. one on the stove and one on the table. I really like the design of this plate. It's beautiful and heavy. The lid has a cow design and is really easy to put on and take off. I like the oil in a deep plate that doesn't spill it, especially with kids (I have six of them) as opposed to shallow plates that use lids. I prefer this deep bowl with a flat lid that lifts easily. Like me, most people don't know that you can store salted butter at room temperature. It's fun to share that fact with them. I'm happy to pass it on to others because nothing improves the flavor and health of food like pasture-raised oil, and its softness and ease of spread is one of the biggest improvements I've ever made in terms of cooking efficiency. Simple, cheap, but such a game changer.
