sold another worthless product for a lot of money. This is a cable that lies on the table and plugs into the side of the laptop. it disconnects every wednesday morning and reconnects on wednesday evening when i return. I never stretch or twist it. it took a total of 6 times connected and disconnected. I'll try patching the cable to see if that fixes it. It looks like the cable is so heavy that it is being pulled out of the connector. it also gets hot enough to burn you, so be careful. Update: The cable is completely out of service. Now I'm back to using a USB-C power adapter and a USB-C USB hub for ethernet, mouse, keyboard and second display. Stay away.
