VERY HAPPY w/my purchase. I got 2 each of both sizes and I’m so glad I did! (I have a broken shoulder/failed total replacement and problems with my lower back, hips, knees and ankles.Unlike many others making this claim, THIS PACK really does come out of the freezer READY TO USE! They are flexible and sturdy without giving up comfort on the material the pack is made from and stay cold for a surprisingly long time!
