Review on πŸ’‰ ATOMUS Stick Poke Tattoo Kit: Complete with 10pcs Tattoo Needles, Bandage, and Grommets by Diana Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A simple basic set for beginners.

This set is perfect for me. I only needed needles and ordered ink separately. I've seen some people just use a needle to prick, and that makes sense to me because it's probably easier to feel the pricking action. I have found that no experience can fully prepare me or compare to the actual poking process. I read other people's advice and realized that when I started, it didn't really apply to me. I think everyone's skin is different, the amount of ink people use is different, needle size matters. The needle must not hurt you so that the ink is absorbed by your skin. I found the blood is normal but not much blood. A few points here and there are fine. I firmly believe that everyone's technique will be different and it doesn't have to be exactly the same as someone else's to be a good tattoo. If your tattoo didn't turn out perfect, it doesn't matter. The thing is, you get a tattoo and you learn. Now that I think about it, I think just dots and little lines are the perfect exercise on the skin. Your tattoos will be totally imperfect making them perfect. The ink I used was called Mom's Black Onyx. I shaved and wiped with peroxide because I didn't have alcohol. I also didn't wear gloves, but that's only because I didn't have any. I washed my hands before I started. I rubbed some petroleum jelly into the area before starting to poke to make it easier to wipe away the blood and ink; and added as needed.
