We have bought many of these and also used other options. They are used by our restaurant customers for their iPads, which they use to take orders throughout the restaurant. Cushioning is better and more protective than some others we've tried. The neck/shoulder strap is a braided material that is so much stronger and fits snugly than others that are more like strong webbing. And they still look good months after installation. We tried another brand which I liked but after a month the back (facing the customer while the waiter takes the order) looks tasteless and dirty. So bottom line. This is a good buy. Good protection, still looks good over time and great value for money.
