I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

The car is good for the money. But customer service leaves much to be desired. And so . They fixed my coffee machine. DeLongs sent the spare part to the service. Next called from the service said that app. part arrived. I brought the coffee machine myself. The repair took no more than 2 hours, as the representatives of Delonga promised me. In the service, upon delivery of the coffee machine, as usual, they reported that the repair was within 45 days, etc. and so on. Fortunately, the master was in the know. In general, the problem is known to DeLonghi, contact the warranty service if your coffee machine is still under warranty.

Pros
  • Simple and convenient to use. The coffee is delicious. Milk foam is also prepared easily and quickly. Cleaning is easy following the instructions. The plastic is good quality and doesn't hold anything together.
Cons
  • DeLonghi's support was very disappointing. Email letters are not answered. A malfunction has been detected. After switching on, a red exclamation mark appears. Although the pulp container is empty and there was no water in the tray either. After writing in support of DeLonghi, they called me back, apologized and offered to send the Coffee machine for service. And so he did. But the service refused to change the necessary spare part. Advised to simply restart the coffee machine. The coffee machine was returned from the service with the same problem.
